There are many causes of secondary bone loss, such as immobilization, endocrine disorders, renal disease and eating disorders. Cushing syndrome is caused by the hypersecretion of adrenal glucocorticoids and is the common cause of bone metabolism disorder, which results in a rapid progressive osteoporosis and vertebral compression fractures in young age. Severe metabolic bone fractures are frequently shown in iatrogenic or ectopic cushing syndrome but rare in pituitary and adrenal cushing syndrome. Because cushing syndrome was early detected by typical features in pituitary and adrenal cushing syndrome. We report a rare case of adrenal cushing syndrome concurrent with multiple bone fractures.
